farina muffin mix Ingredients:
1 cup farina (cream of wheat) |
1/2 cup wheat flour |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup sugar, in the raw |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons powdered milk |
1 large egg |
1 cup water |
1/4 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. combine all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl, and mix until well blended. 3. now combine wet ingredients to dry mixture and mix until moistened. 4. spray muffin pan with non-stick spray. 5. spoon batter in pan then fill 2/3 full. 6. bake 15 to 20 min, or until golden brown, or insert toothpick and it comes out clean. |
