1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup butter |
2 cups buttermilk |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Measure dry ingredients in a bowl. 2. Cut butter in flour mixture until fine crumbs are formed. Pour. 3. buttermilk into flour/butter mixture. Stir until mixed- not. 4. too much. Place batter in a buttered non-stick 12 muffin pan. 5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on sides. Remove. 6. after cooled for 5 minutes. Makes 12 biscuit muffins. |
