This is Day 12: Breakfast, on the 21 day Wonder Diet. You must use the Bran And Cranberry Muesli Bran & Cranberry Muesli (21 Day Wonder Diet: Day 4) from Day 4 for this. This breakfast is to be followed by a mid-morning snack of 2 corn thins and 1/2 small sliced tomato.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup muesli, bran & cranberry muesli (21 day wonder diet: day 4)
1 small pear, sliced thinly
1/2 cup skim-milk fruit-flavoured yogurt
1/3 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Serve muesli topped with pear, then yogurt and milk.
