Muesli Squares

Ideally served with sweetened yoghurt or icecream, these muesli squares are hearty and filling, and an ideal healthy breakfast-on-the-run. The muesli may be substituted for another cereal if desired.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups muesli
2 1/2 cups oats (i use quick oats.)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (other seeds of similar textures may be substituted, or a mixture of seeds may be used.)
1 (400 g) can condensed milk
1/2 cup raspberries (may use frozen or fresh. i use frozen.)
1 cup apple (grated)
1/4 cup almond meal
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
2. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Press into a (greased or lined) cooking tray, or shallow cooking tin.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
