nice easy slice great for school lunchboxes comes from womens weekly celebration cookbook i usually substitute some of the coconut with nuts and sunflower seeds since there is usually coconut in the natural muesli but you could add what you like in the same amounts as written Ingredients:
125 g butter |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1/2 cup raw sugar |
1 1/2 cups natural muesli |
1/2 cup coconut |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup sliced almonds |
125 g chopped raisins |
1/4 cup sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. melt butter and honey in saucepan remove from heat. 2. stir in eggs sugar muesli coconut flour almonds raisins and sesame seeds. 3. press into greased 19cm x 29cm pan. 4. bake at 180 degrees c about 20 min. 5. cool in pan cut when cold. |
