For a great breakfast or mid-day snack, this yogurt and fruit spread parfait with whole grains, nuts, and apples will be a new favorite. Ingredients:
1/2 cup smucker'sĀ® simple blendsĀ® wildberry fruit spread |
1/2 cup greek-style yogurt, divided |
1/2 cup oats |
1 tablespoon ground flax |
2 tablespoons fat-free, regular, or 2% evaporated milk |
1/2 apple, peeled and grated |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
3 tablespoons sliced almonds |
Directions:
1. Muesli: Combine 2 tbsp (30 mL) fruit spread and 1/4 cup (50 mL) yogurt with remaining ingredients. 2. Parfait: Layer Muesli with remaining fruit spread and yogurt in 2 parfait dishes and repeat. |
