Recipe calls for almonds, but can use any nut or combination of. Ingredients:
4 cups oats, raw |
24 shredded wheat biscuits |
2 cups raw sunflower seeds |
2 cups sesame seeds, ground |
1 1/2 cups raw wheat germ |
1 cup lecithin granules |
1 cup sliced almonds |
1 cup ground flax seeds |
1 cup pumpkin seeds |
Directions:
1. Toast the oat flakes for 5 minutes at 400°F. 2. Combine all ingredients in very large bowl. 3. Transfer mixture into covered container and store in refrigerator or freezer. 4. Serve with milk and your choice of fruit - blueberries, strawberries, bananas. |
