additive-free muesli bar (fedup with food additives) Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup self-rising flour |
2 cups rolled oats |
150 g butter |
1 tablespoon golden syrup |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. Melt butter and syrup then stir into the dry mix. 2. Press into a tin lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes on 180 degrees. 3. Let it cool until it is just warm to the touch, then slice with a bread knife into bars. |
