A wheat-free, oat-free muesli. Ingredients:
15 g walnuts |
15 g almonds |
2 tablespoons whole linseeds |
1 teaspoon honey |
100 g strawberries |
3 tablespoons hemp oil |
Directions:
1. Roughly chop the walnuts, almonds and linseeds in a coffee grinder or food processor. 2. Place in a bowl, and stir in the honey. Add the yogurt or cheese if desired. 3. Season with lemon or orange juice to taste. Peel and dice strawberries (or other fruit). Divide the mixture into two bowls, and sprinkle with the fruit. 4. Drizzle with oil and serve. |
