I make a homemade muesli with oatmeal, roasted almonds, raw seeds and a dash of cinnamon for sweetness and flavor. More of my recipes can be found on my blog Roz's Scrumptious Recipes / Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats |
1 cup pepitas (green pumpkin seeds) |
1 cup diced roasted almonds |
1/4 cup flax seeds |
1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
2 tb sesame seeds |
dash of cinnamon (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in bowl See Photo 2. Mix together and store in airtight container See Photo. 3. I serve it with fresh fruit such as berries or peaches and milk (or soy milk for a vegan version.) See Photo |
