Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup dried fruit
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mix first eight ingredients together.
3. Bake 30 minutes.
4. Then mix in dried fruit.
