A very tasty, healthy, cereal you can make quickly and easily. Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats |
1/2 cup oat bran |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup chopped dried apple |
1/3 cup chopped dried apricot |
1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients together. 2. Store in an airtight container. 3. Eat as is, with milk; or soak overnight in water and serve hot or cold. 4. Serving= 1/2 cup. |
