Another favourite of my mom's baking. Quick and easy and a hit wherever it's made. Freezes well. Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup cocoa |
2 cups white sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 cups rolled oats |
Directions:
1. Boil together all ingredients for 3 minutes(omitting oats). 2. Pour mixture into rolled oats. 3. Mix until well blended. 4. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper. 5. Let set until firm and cool. |
