I love no-bake cookies but I'm not fond of them with peanut butter. This recipe is awesome and peanut butter free. The best part is it tastes like fudge (fudge with oatmeal). Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
4 tablespoons cocoa |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup margarine |
3 cups quick oats |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients and bring to a rolling boil 1-1/2 minutes. 2. Remove from heat and pour over oats. Mix well and add vanilla. 3. Spoon onto cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. 4. Keep refrigerated or they will go sugary! |
