Mt. Vikos Greek Roasted Feta Ingredients:
7 oz mt. vikos sheep & goat's milk feta |
1 tsp dried greek oregano |
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 tsp black pepper, fresh ground |
Directions:
1. Place one slice of Mt. Vikos Sheep & Goat's Milk Feta cheese in a small baking dish. 2. Sprinkle with the oregano and freshly ground black pepper, then drizzle with the olive oil. 3. Bake in 375 oven for 12-15 minutes. 4. Serve immediately with crusty bread. |
