Ingredients:
1 7oz. bag(s) flaked coconut |
2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch |
one half cup(s) eagle brand milk |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
one half cup(s) dried cranberries, cherries, or apricots snipped |
Directions:
1. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Combine coconut and cornstarch, then add milk, vanilla, and dried fruit. 3. Drop by teaspoonfuls and bake 12-15 min. Cool one minute, then transfer to wire rack to cool. |
