Ingredients:
1 7oz. bag(s) flaked coconut
2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
one half cup(s) eagle brand milk
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
one half cup(s) dried cranberries, cherries, or apricots snipped
Directions:
1. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Combine coconut and cornstarch, then add milk, vanilla, and dried fruit.
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls and bake 12-15 min. Cool one minute, then transfer to wire rack to cool.
