This chicken soup has an amazing flavor that captures each part of your tongue with an array of flavors!!! Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth |
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans of diced italian tomatoes |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can mixed vegetables |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
1 tablespoon butter (optional) |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
2 tablespoons italian spices |
1 teaspoon dill weed |
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic |
4 stalks celery, diced |
1 diced white onion |
2 tabasco peppers |
2 lemons, juice of, the |
1 lime, juice of, the |
1 pinch cumin |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken in advanced and cut into 1/4 inch cubes. 2. Heat oil in pan and sauté onions, celery and garlic about 8-10 minutes. 3. Combine all ingredients together in pot and let cook 30 - 45 minutes. 4. Rice is good to serve with this soup. |
