Ingredients:
1 medium head of cabbage, shredded |
1/4 cup water |
3 carrots, sliced thin |
1/2 cup oil |
1 green pepper, sliced thin |
1 large onion, sliced thin |
2 cucumbers, peeled & diced |
3/4 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix liquids. 2. Add vegetables and let stand in fridge overnight. |
