I am not sure who Mrs Harris is - but that is what have called this little gem for 20 years! Quick, Easy, Tasty, great for pot lucks and family dinners. Ingredients:
2 cups long grain rice |
3 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce or 3 tablespoons regular soy sauce |
1 (10 ounce) can mushrooms (undrained) |
1/4 cup oil |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix |
3 1/2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Combine all in large covered casserole dish. 2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour - or until rice is tender. |
