Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) self rising white cornmeal
2 eggs
1 small can cream corn
milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat the bottom of an iron skillet with oil. Heat in oven until very hot
2. Mix first three ingredients. Add milk until soupy. Pour into heated iron skillet. Bake until done.
3. Invert onto a plate. Paper towel excess oil. Cut into 12-16 pieces.
