From Down Home with the Neeley's. They named this for a guest on their show. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons hot pepper relish, jarred |
1/2 lemon, juiced |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, freshly chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together. Serve with Memphis Cornmeal Battered Cod. |
