Here's a pretty Kickin frosting for sheet cake. A real Kid Pleaser! Ingredients:
2 cups white sugar |
2 tablespoons hershey cocoa powder |
3/4 cup evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
2 cups crunchy peanut butter or 2 cups chunky peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, cocoa and milk in a medium saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, whisking constantly. 3. Remove form heat. 4. Whisk in Vanilla. 5. Stir in Peanut Butter. 6. Mix well. 7. Spread while still fairly warm on a cooled sheet cake. 8. Let cool completely. 9. This is a thick, fudgy type frosting. |
