Elegant dish can be a refreshing starter
Ingredients:
-1 cup of fresh oregano leaves
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1 table spoon pine nuts
-1 galic
-1 tea spoon fresh parsley
-1 table spoon mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. -Put all ingredients in a blender, except the olive oil and the mozzarilla .
2. -Mix together adding the olive oil slowly till you have a light
3. sauce
4. -Add the mozzarilla and blend it with the mixture.
5. -Serve it over frsh tomatoes and mozzarilla cheese cut into slices or over any green salad.
6. It is nice over boiled artichoke hearts.
