A twist to the traditional tomato and mozzarella version. This one includes green and red bell peppers. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed |
6 green and red bell peppers, sliced |
3 slicing tomatoes, cubed |
2 (6 ounce) jars basil pesto |
Directions:
1. Cube and clean all vegetables. 2. Place in bowl with cheese. 3. Marinate in pesto overnight. 4. Enjoy! |
