Mozzarella Tomato Amp Chilli Loaf |

This dish can be eaten as an appetizer or on its own with a side salad mainly for a vegetarian! Ingredients:
1 can chopped tomatoes |
500ml mozzarella, grated |
1 chilli, finely chopped |
1 french baguette, cut in half |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Spread each baguette half with olive oil 2. Put in oven for 5 min at 180C 3. In the mean time mix the tomatoes & chilli 4. Take baguette out and top with tomato mixture, then Mozzarella 5. But in oven for another 5 min or until cheese has melted. 6. Enjoy!! |
