This is a recipe that came from Gourmet magazine. I love it spread on pita crisps. Ingredients:
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese (grated) |
1/4 cup pesto sauce |
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil (drained and finely chopped) |
