MOZZARELLA DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Ravech Estate in Pilot Point, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 pint mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons parsley flakes |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl with mixer. 2. Refrigerate overnight to let flavors blend. 3. Serve on crackers. |
