I helped a friend move and let this cook while we were unpacking her kitchen, etc. It was easy to travel with and the hungry movers gobbled it up! Ingredients:
1 (3 -4 lb) pork butt |
1 (28 ounce) can shredded sauerkraut |
1 (16 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Place butt in crock pot and pour kraut with juice over butt. 2. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. 3. Pour off excess liquid and stir in BBQ sauce. 4. Serve on buns. |
