This is wonderful for a cold winter day. It is very good. It is easy to prepare but does take a while to cook but the results are great. Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs beef stew meat |
2 cans low-sodium cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 package dry onion soup mix |
1/2 cup red wine or 1/2 cup water (i use the wine) |
1 teaspoon dill weed |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a crockpot. 2. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. 3. Serve over rice. |
