Mouthwateringly Tangy Pineapple Meatloaf |

Easy to make and great to taste. One of my husband's favorite dishes. Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef |
1/2 cup bread crumbs |
1/2 cup chopped green and red bell pepper |
1 small onion, diced |
1 egg |
1/3 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup pineapple preserves |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |

1/4 cup pineapple preserves |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, bell peppers, onion, egg, 1/3 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup pineapple preserves, 1/4 cup brown sugar, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a food processor until combined; put into a bread pan. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. 4. Stir 1/3 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup pineapple preserves, and 1/4 cup brown sugar together in a bowl; pour over the meatloaf. 5. Continue baking until no longer pink in the center, about 20 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). |
