100 g pickles, cut into cubes |
Directions:
1. Ham Mousse: 250 Gr ham, 250 gr of Robiola chees, 1 cucchiaiono of pulp of truffle, salt (put everything in the mix) 2. Tuna Mousse: 120 gr of butter, 300gr tuna. work the butter with the tuna, 1 GLASS OF COGNAC salt and pepper 3.
