A snack. One vegetarian and one with bacon. Ingredients:
1/2 loaf sliced white bread |
125 ml chutney |
500 ml grated cheese |
5 slices bacon, derinded and chopped |
1/2 loaf sliced white bread |
marmite |
grated cheese |
Directions:
1. Version 1:. 2. Put bread slices on a baking tray. Spread chutney evenly over each slice. Top with grated cheese. Sprinkle bacon over these. 3. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. 4. Version 2: Spread each slice with a thin layer of Marmite. Top with grated cheese. Cut into 3. Bake at 150 degrees C for 20 minutes. When cold, store in airtight container. |
