3/4 cup white vinegar |
1/2 cup vegetable oil (i like olive oil better) |
1/4 cup water |
4 cloves garlic-crushed |
3 tbls packed brown sugar |
2 tbls worcestershire sauce |
2 tsp hot sauce |
1/2 tsp ground mustard see |
salt-to your liking |
1-2 lbs chicken |
combine all ingredients-except chicken-mix well and set aside. |
grill chicken until juices run clear when pierced with a fork. |
remove chicken from grill and coat each piece with prepared sauce |
return chicken to grill and cook for an additional 3 minutes on each side. |
serve chicken with any remaining sauce for dipping. |
