Motichur Laddu Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups gram flour |
500 ml milk |
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder |
1 1/2 cup oil |
2 1/2 cups sugar |
3 1/2 cups water |
2 tablespoons milk |
3 ml saffron |
Directions:
1. Make batter with Gram Flour and milk, keep aside 2. Make syrup with Sugar, water, saffron, cardamom, keep aside 3. Make boondi with batter, by deep frying batter as small drops. 4. Drain boondi. 5. Mix boondi and sugar syrup 6. When mixture is still warm, roll into small balls |
