Mothers Southern Corn Pudding

The most luscious corn pudding! Delicately delicious. Always served at Thanksgiving.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt (may adjust)
6 large eggs
2 cups whipping cream
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
6 cups fresh corn kernels or 6 cups frozen corn kernels
Directions:
1. In bowl combine first 4 ingredients
2. In another bowl, beat eggs with a FORK
3. Stir in whipping cream and butter
4. Gradually add the sugar mixture, stirring until smooth
5. Stir in corn
6. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until deep golden and mixture is set
8. Let stand about 5 minutes
