The easiest and most tender pork chops. You can cut them with a fork. Ingredients:
4 pork chops |
1 onion, sliced |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 teaspoon yellow mustard |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Place chops and onion slices in a casserole dish. In a bowl mix together: vinegar, ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Pour mixture over chops. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
