As a newlywed, I cooked some carrots in butter. The groom says my mom's are better ! Grrr- Well, I got the recipe and they ARE better!!! Try it. Ingredients:
4 carrots, sliced in coin shapes |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon oil |
1 dash garlic powder |
1 dash salt |
water, to keep it from sticking |
Directions:
1. Combine in a saucepan and simmer covered for 20 minutes. |
