From Now The Feast. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked mostaccioli pasta |
3 tablespoons white vinegar |
2 tablespoons water |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced |
3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved |
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped |
2 green onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse in cold water and set aside. In medium bowl, combine vinegar, water, oil, seasonings and garlic. Whisk until blended. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Cover and chill. |
