Ingredients:
beef flavored broth |
1 bag(s) carrots, peeled and boiled |
1 stalk(s) celery, boiled |
1 lg onion, chopped |
1 pot roast- cubed |
10 slice(s) russet potatos, sliced and boiled |
salt & pepper |
2 zuchini, boiled |
Directions:
1. peel carrots, potatos, zuchini. Boil carrots, celery, zuchini till soft. Add potatoes and boil till med. soft (don't make mush). Cut roast into chunks and cook in plug in skillet with onion. Add salt and pepper and beef broth when mix all together. |
