The best pancakes ever!! A recipe created by my partner through trial and error and so good. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, separated |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. 2. Add egg yolks and milk, stir to make smooth batter. 3. Beat egg whites in another bowl until peaks form. 4. Gently fold egg whites into batter. 5. Preheat pan with a little oil and pour batter. 6. Pancakes are ready to flip when holes appear on top. |
