Easy, no fail and delisioso, especially with prepared pie crust. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup dark corn syrup |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 cup whole pecans |
Directions:
1. In bowl, whisk the eggs lightly. 2. Add all ingredients one at a time, blending as you add. 3. Stir in pecans with a spoon and pour mixture into unbaked pie crust, use a 9 pie plate. 4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, let cool completely and keep in fridge. |
