from today's paper this looks like another great weeknight meal Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg |
1 pinch clove |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon white pepper (or use 2 tsp of ground mixed pepper) |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
2 teaspoons ground cardamom |
1 pinch cayenne |
1 pinch cumin |
1 pinch turmeric |
1 pinch sea salt |
8 lamb rib chops |
2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil |
Directions:
1. in a small bowl combine spices. 2. sprinkle on both sides of lamb chops, save the rest for another dish. 3. heat oil in skillet, add lamb and cook 5-10 minutes per side for med rare to medium. |
