In Morocco, tea is served very sweet. Decrease the amount of sugar to your liking. Tea is served in glasses. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons green tea |
5 cups boiling water |
1 bunch fresh mint |
1/2-1 cup sugar, to taste |
Directions:
1. Place tea in teapot. 2. Pour in boiling water. 3. Cover and steep 2 to 3 minutes. 4. Wash mint under running water and add to pot. 5. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. 6. Add sugar as desired. 7. Serve in mint tea glasses or small cups. |
