Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar |
5 cups boiling water |
2 regular-size green tea bags |
1 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves |
Directions:
1. Stir sugar into 5 cups boiling water until dissolved. Pour mixture over tea bags and mint. Cover and steep 10 minutes; discard tea bags. 2. Pour through a wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding mint. Serve hot or cold. |
