1 pound ground beef |
1 minced onion |
1 teaspoon ground pepper |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ground coriander |
1 teaspoon ground cayenne |
2 tablespoon oil |
Directions:
1. Mix beef, 1 minced onion, and 1 tsp. each ground pepper, cinnamon, cumin, coriander and cayenne; moisten with 2 Tbsp. oil; form into mini patties and sauté. Serve with couscous. |
