1 onion, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, mashed |
1 green pepper, minced |
1 teaspoon ginger, crushed |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 teaspoon turmeric |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1 pinch saffron |
2 cups lentils |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
2 cups pumpkin, cubed |
3 tablespoons tomato paste |
1 carrot, sliced |
6 cups stock |
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped |
Directions:
1. saute the onion garlic ginger and jalapeno until soft 2. heat spices and tomato paste 3. add with rest of ingredients into crockpot. 4. cook on low. |
