Harva Hachten. Ingredients:
1 lb finely ground chuck or 1 lb ground lamb |
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley |
1/4 teaspoon marjoram |
salt |
black pepper |
cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon ras el hanout spice mix or 1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together, adding salt, pepper and cayenne to your taste. 2. Shape into patties and chill for an hour or two. 3. Grill until done to your liking. |
