Moroccan Ground Beef/ Kefta With Egg |

i always order this yummy dish from my fave Moroccan Resto in Park Slope in Brooklyn, NY. Instead of doing meatballs, i opted to do ground beef to save time and yet equally delish. Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef |
1tsp ground cumin |
1tsp paprika |
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper |
3 tbsp dried parsley |
3 tbsp dried cilantro |
2 onion, peeled and sliced |
garlic |
sea salt |
1 large can of diced tomatoes |
Directions:
1. mix ingredients. fry until meat is brown, then put tomatoes. boil until dry. salt to taste. top with egg sunny side up before plating. buon appetito!! :)) |
