A mixture of dry spices to rub on your choice of meat. This recipe makes enough for about 3 pounds of chicken thighs (what I used it for). Ingredients:
2 teaspoons black pepper |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
2 teaspoons garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 tablespoon lemon zest |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. 2. Rub into the meat of your choice before roasting, broiling or grilling. |
