This is a great appetizer, snack, or instant light meal. Ingredients:
1/2 lb carrot |
2 cups orange juice |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
3/4 cup water |
1/2 cup sugar (more or less to taste, or sweetener may be substituted) |
Directions:
1. Blend until the carrots are shredded, don't pulverize them! 2. Serve VERY cold in a juice glass with a spoon. |
